How do you charge for your services?

Although we typically charge by the hour, depending on the circumstances, we may agree to handle certain matters under alternative fee structures, such as fixed fee, contingency fees, and other hybrid arrangements.
What types of matters do you typically handle?

Over the years, we have developed expertise in three main areas: business, real estate and probate/trust. From our perspective, the main issues are: (1) can we help you achieve your goals?; and (2) do we have the potential to have a fulfilling and productive working relationship? Unlike many other law firms, we are very picky about who we work with, as we give every client our all. Honestly, we like to think that we are as picky about our clients as our clients are about their attorneys!
Can you help me to purchase a house?

While most law firms do not provide such services, we have an affiliated company, South Coast Real Estate Solutions, Inc., that provides real estate brokerage services (The Ayayo Group, www.theayayogroup.com) and mortgage and loan services (Fast Direct Lending, www.fastdirectlending.com). This enables us to keep everything under one roof and coordinate our efforts to ensure that all aspects of these transactions are handled correctly and in your best interest.
I have a dispute with my sister over my parents' estate - is this something you handle?

Yes, we have extensive experience handling probate and trust disputes. Although these matters can be messy, we do our best to keep our eyes on the prize and work toward an acceptable resolution. At the same time, we stand ready to go to trial if a reasonable settlement cannot be reached.
What kind of businesses do you represent?

We represent a wide variety of businesses, from the sole proprietor who needs some basic contracts and other corporate formalities handled to the large corporation worth nine figures that depend on us for a wide range of legal services, as well as our advice on strategic and operational matters.
