We also counsel our Estate Planning clients on how they can best achieve their objectives.  In this day and age, clients often have many challenges, such as multiple sets of children, interests in closely held companies and other unique assets that require special attention.  Our goal is to help you formulate a cohesive strategy for your estate that we can then document and execute on.  In addition to drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, we also administer and defend estates.  We represent executors and trustees, as well as beneficiaries and other interested parties, in all types of estate matters.  We enter every dispute with a willingness to work toward creative and equitable solutions, but if necessary, are well-equipped to litigate contested matters.
